3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share access credentials with others.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment processed securely through Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated

4.2 Refund Policy

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

TravelBuddy may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws.

9. Service Availability

9.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelBuddy's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.2 No Consequential Damages

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TravelBuddy harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. We will provide notice except in cases of severe violations.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

13.2 Arbitration

Disputes not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Class actions are waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and TravelBuddy.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

14.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor or acquirer.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service announcement at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
